A rare chef whose food has got a bigger rep than his name is going global.
I’m talking about David Chang, mastermind of Momofuku restaurants, a must visit for anyone with flights to New York.
He recently opened Momofuku Seiobo, his first restaurant outside of the Big Apple, last October in Sydney Australia. Next year, Toronto!
The Washington Post report says Chang has even been called a “cultural demigod.” On top of that, he’s got a number of awards under his belt and two Michelin stars.
Where do you want Chang’s eateries to open up next? Las Vegas? London? Italy?
