Singapore Airlines Gets Eco-friendly

Singapore Airlines launched its ‘green’ flights between Los Angeles and Singapore Monday.
Using the SQ37 jet, they implemented environmental-friendly practices to lower greenhouse gas emissions as well as fuel burn.
During the first initial ‘green’ flight on Monday, pilots even went as far as changing air routes to accommodate weather conditions and decrease fuel burn.
The new eco-friendly techniques will also cut flight times for passengers.
