LeBron James is giving tourism a boost in South Florida. Last week the NBA star left the Cleveland Cavaliers for the Miami Heat.
The Foutainebleau Resort’s reservation town in Miami Beach said they’re getting requests about packages that include Heat tickets.
Prime 112, a restaurant in South Beach, says atheletes, sportscasters and regular diners want to know if they’ll still be able to get tables there now that more celebrities will be around.
At least one condo near the AmericanAirlines Arena went up in price since LeBron’s move, according to real estate agents. Home buyers want Heat tickets as part of the deal.
The NBA player has already managed to get a snack named after him at the Shake Shack in South Beach, “Le-Brat James” a bratwurst.
