Winter's here and the festive season is upon us. Time to get outside, put on your skates and take in London at its chilly best! Here's where to do just that.


Alexandra Palace

Winter Wonderland Skating Rink;
Hyde Park
The nearest London Underground station is at Hyde Park Corner.

Last but by no means least, the skating rink at the Winter Wonderland seasonal amusement park is perhaps the city's most epic. Set around Hyde Park's Victorian bandstand and illuminated with more than 100,000 lights, it's a fun place to skate with London's largest Christmas market and a variety of rides and attractions at hand as well.
