The city was vitally significant in the Allied victory during the Second World War because it was an epicentre of war-related manufacturing companies, railroad network and military bases. Post the war-frenzy, Atlanta mushroomed with several top-class companies offering opera, ballet, orchestral music and theater. Fast forward to 2018, and you will find Atlanta's star attraction to be concentrated in Midtown Atlanta at the Woodruff Arts Center.

Atlanta Travelers' Reviews

  Academic Specialist
I went to Atlanta and stayed at the Sheraton Atlanta. I attended the 42nd Annual Association for Baha’i Studies Conference with over 1,400 other people from all over the world. I was highly impressed with the quality of the Sheraton; with the international airport, and with the city itself—to the point of considering moving there. Please note that I’m a world traveler, and also lived in China for five years, so I don’t say these things lightly.

  Amazing trip
I really enjoyed Atlanta, Georgia. I have a good amount of family in the surrounding areas. It was plenty to do for everyone.
