Jhulta Minar (or Shaking Minarets)
Jhulta Minar are two, 600-year-old minarets of Sidi Bashir Mosque in Ahmedabad. Each of these is three stories tall and features ornately carved balconies, and they both vibrate a little when pressed against with some force. This pair of minarets surprisingly withstands the sound and vibrations of trains that pass from a nearby railway station.
Jama Masjid (or the Friday Mosque),
Ahmedabad’s most splendid mosque, Jama Masjid is considered the largest mosque in the Indian subcontinent built during 15th century. This mosque was first built for private use of the king and royal family.
