Minor Basilica of the Holy Child of Cebu
The Basilica Menor del Santo Nino de Cebú is the oldest Roman Catholic church in the Philippines. This icon was found 40 years later after it was presented by Portuguese explorer Ferdinand Magellan to the royal family on April 14, 1521.
Casa Gorordo Museum
The Casa Gorordo Museum in Cebu is a former private residence and a remarkable Spanish colonial mansion, mostly made of wood and featuring a well-manicured garden. Its lower floor is full of old tools and is often a scene of art exhibitions while its upper floor is the former residence of one of the richest families of 19th century- the Gorordo family.
