\nStumptown\u2019s adult club Cafe Rumpspankers (catchy name) will now be known as the Cannabis Caf\u00e9.
\nThe new name fits the new theme, as this will in fact be the very first marijuana
\ncaf\u00e9 to open in the United States.<\/p>\n
\ncertified medical marijuana users only. Despite a federal ban, the Cannabis Caf\u00e9
\nwill be a place to get hold of the drug “legally” and smoke it \u2013 but just not in public.<\/p>\n
\nmedical marijuana card and \u00a0fork over $25
\neach month in order to use its facility. Purchases will not be made here, but
\ninstead \u201cbudtenders\u201d will hand out marijuana between 10am and 10pm
\neach day. Although there will be food served at the pot-friendly hangout, you
\nmust go elsewhere if you plan to have a few adult beverages, as the Cannabis Caf\u00e9
\ndoes not serve alcohol.<\/p>\n
