Flightstats ranked 15 carriers that offered the highest percentage of flights arriving within 15 minutes of their scheduled time. Alaska saw more than 87 percent of their flights arrive on-time, higher than any other major North American airline.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nCommenting on the honorably mention, Alaska Airlines&#39; chief operating officer Ben Minicucci said in a press release, &quot;We&#39;re honored to be recognized as the best on-time major airline in<br \/>\nNorth America.&quot; Minicucci added, &quot;Our on-time performance during the past 13<br \/>\nmonths represents the best record in our company&#39;s 78-year history.
