\nJersey Shore's trip to Italy is again on hold <\/strong>\n<\/div>\n

\nThe cast of MTV’s ‘Jersey Shore’ got a bit of bad news this past weekend. No, MTV hasn’t started testing for steroids.\n<\/p>\n

\n \n<\/p>\n

\nInstead, the tanned and toned bunch learned that many of their permits for filming the next season of Jersey Shore in Florence, Italy had been revoked.\n<\/p>\n

\n \n<\/p>\n

\nAlready banned from being filmed drinking in public, the crew was told this weekend that they would be barred from filming at many of Florence’s most famous landmarks.\n<\/p>\n

\n \n<\/p>\n

\nItalian officials pulled the plug at the last minute, just as most of the cast began catching Italy-bound flights.\n<\/p>\n

\n \n<\/p>\n

\nMTV, aware that no public drinking and no exterior shots of Italy would leave them with about 12 minutes of air-able footage, decided to delay the beginning of the shoot until new permits can be worked out.       \n<\/p>\n
