\n \n \n<\/p>\n \nWith the economy slowing getting back to normal, that means more and more people are traveling every month. That decision to spend a little on travel is great news for Las Vegas, which has seen a major slump in tourism over the last 2-3 years. \n<\/p>\n \n \n<\/p>\n \nIn March, over 3.4 million people visited Sin City, an increase of 5.6 percent when compared to March 2010. According to a Business Week<\/em> report, the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority announced tourism is up 5.1 percent for the first three months of 2011. \n<\/p>\n \n \n<\/p>\n \nOh and visitors are spending more time at the slots and tables, as gambling revenue spiked nearly 13 percent when compared to the same time a year ago.
