The iconic casino served as the early stomping grounds for some of the biggest names in entertainment including Don Rickles, Johnny Carson, Tina Turner, and the Rat Pack.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe hotel&rsquo;s final guests checked out around noon on Monday.
