SPOT trains airport officers to keep a look out for &ldquo;micro-expressions&rdquo; of travelers.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<br \/>\nIn a report by the Government Accountability Office at least 17 terrorists have eluded the SPOT program.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<br \/>\nThe <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/Blotter\/spot-tsa-airport-security-program-catch-terrorist\/story?id=14062893\" target=\"_blank\">ABC report<\/a> also indicates that the TSA knew the SPOT program didn&rsquo;t have scientific basis before it was implemented into airport security proceedings.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Program Has Yet to Catch a Terrorist Details emerged Wednesday regarding the Department of Homeland Security&rsquo;s intentions to spend $1 billion on a &ldquo;controversial&rdquo; airport security program.
