The Napolean House<\/strong> is a New Orleans treasure, dating back to the 1700s. Today it's part cafe and part bar and one of the French Quarter's most famous establishments. The atmosphere is very low-key and a good start to your evening.\n<\/p>\n \n \n<\/p>\n \nLadies, put away those heels and put on your dancing shoes for Blue Nile<\/strong>. Located in the heart of New Orleans' nightlife district, Blue Nile features some of the best live music in the city, having hosted some of the world's most renowned jazz musicians. When a live band isn't playing, DJs are spinning music.\n<\/p>\n \n \n<\/p>\n \nFor those who like their sweet, fruity cocktails, then Pat O'Briens<\/strong> is the place to park it at. You may have to elbow your way past tourists to get to the bar, but we just couldn't talk New Orleans nightlife and not include Pat O'Briens on the list. This landmark is actually home to the original Hurricane cocktail, one of the most popular drinks in New Orleans.\n<\/p>\n \n \n<\/p>\n \nRock and bowl. Have you done those two things at the same time? Probably not, but that's what you'll find at Rock 'n' Bowl<\/strong>. Rock 'n' Bowl is part bar, part music venue, and part bowling alley. Bowling lanes are rented per hour. After a couple games of bowling, enjoy live music by local New Orleans bands.\n<\/p>\n \n \n<\/p>\n \nSpinning in circles might not be what you consider an idea of fun after a few drinks, but that's half the fun of Hotel Monteleone's Carousel Bar<\/strong>. Part carousel and part bar, this is one of the most unique bars in New Orleans. Since it's a hotel bar, you're not likely to be spending much time here, but it's a great start or end to your evening. However, we're not held responsible when you go for a nightcap and your head is spinning a little more than usual. Yes, the bar really is a carousel and goes in a circle.\n<\/p>\n \n \n<\/p>\n
