Could free fun in the sun make up for a Super Bowl loss? <\/strong><\/div>\n

The fallout from the New York Giants stunning upset of the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLVI continued on two small, yet very distant islands Tuesday.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

As the Giants paraded through the streets of Manhattan<\/strong> (gaining keys to the city in the process), the Patriots were offered one heck of a consolation prize from the Aruba Tourism Authority.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

According to a report from USA Today<\/a>, Aruba invited Patriots players and coaches and their families to visit the island nation, all expenses paid.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In a statement released Tuesday, the authority\u2019s CEO Ronella Tjin said Aruba<\/strong> wished to celebrate the hard work and dedication of the team despite their Super letdown.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

No word yet on which (if any) Patriots plan on cashing in on the enticing offer.<\/p>\n
