Presently, U.S. airlines fly to Narita airport, however that is further away from the center of Tokyo and less favorable for business travelers.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe decision allows Hawaiian Airlines one route from Honolulu. Delta gets two routes &ndash; one from Los Angeles, the other from Detroit.
