Summer is upon us.\u00a0 One of my favorite family-friendly summer experiences is taking in a movie under the stars.\u00a0 Both locals and travelers alike can enjoy these community-based events.\u00a0 If you are headed to San Francisco, check out Cheap flights to San Francisco, then grab a blanket, some lawn chairs, and get ready to be swept up in the magic of the movies.

\nEnjoy the heart of the city by day as you visit art galleries, a variety of shops, restaurants, and much more.\u00a0 On select nights during the summer, you can catch a free flick.<\/p>\n

\nAlthough not technically outdoors, these free movie screenings are perfect for the family as they include pre-show acts including puppeteers, magicians, and much more. Entertainment runs from 6-7 p.m., with the movies following.<\/p>\n

Mission Dolores Park
