Following a four-hour meeting Tuesday, the controllers&rsquo; union USCA stated it had chosen to postpone the stoppage in the hope the government aviation authority would resume negotiations that broke down last week.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe disagreement focuses on a recent decree that increases the time controllers work and decreases their break time.
