Christopher Eric Wey, 19, was charged with attempting to carry stolen explosive devices and transporting stolen explosive devices on a flight between Yuma and Los Angeles.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\nWey was arrested at Yuma International Airport Wednesday after a standard screening detected explosives in his luggage. Security found half an ounce of C4 explosive smuggled inside a tobacco can in one of Wey&#39;s bags. &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAuthorities believe Wey was not planning on using the explosives in a harmful matter and that he stole the C4 while attending an explosive training course.&nbsp;If convicted, Wey faces up to 10 yearsin prison and a $250,000 fine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An Army private was arrested Wednesday for allegedly bringing stolen explosives aboard a United Airlines flight in California.&nbsp; &nbsp; Pfc.
