According to the Breaking Travel News report, it has been upgraded to a category two hurricane and is on its way to Cancun. With winds as strong as 100 mph, it’s the sixth hurricane this year. Hurricane Rina has all ready drenched the terrain in Central America. It’s currently moving west-northwest at 80 mph according to the US National Hurricane Centre. The strength of the winds is expected to pick up to at least 120 mph. Hurricane Rina may become a major hurricane by Wednesday.
