Now operated by WOW air, Iceland Express was a low cost carrier with its main base at Keflavík International Airport. Iceland Express operated flights to a number of cities in Europe including London, Copenhagen, Alicante, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Milan, Paris, Lyon, Stuttgart, Zurich and Warsaw. On November 21, 2011, Iceland Express ceased all its operations and began leasing two Airbus A320s from Holidays Czech Airlines. On October 24, 2012, WOW air acquired all Iceland Express' operations and network.
