Founded in 1979, Atlantic Southeast Airlines (EV) was an American Airline operating more than 900 daily flights. The airline served as both Delta Connection and United Express, had an alliance with SkyTeam as Delta and Star Alliance as United Express. Atlantic Southeast Airlines ceased all its operations on December 31, 2011 and changed its name to ExpressJet. Today ExpressJet serves as the world’s largest regional airline and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
