| PROMOTION PERIOD |
| The promotion consists of a series of quarterly sweepstakes, which open on the first day and close on the last day of each quarter that the promotion is advertised ("Promotion Period") . The promotion may be discontinued following the last day of any Promotion Period. |
| WINNER |
| One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all existing subscribers to the CheapOair.com Newsletter. There will be at least one winner each Quarter. The drawings will be conducted within 15 days on or after the 1st of each quarter by CheapOair.com, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to the sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by Email. Winners must claim their prize and confirm their eligibility on or before the last day of the promotion period. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release CheapOair.com and its agencies from any and all liability for injuries and/or damages of any kind sustained in connection with the award of the prize. No prize substitutions except as provided herein. All local, state and federal taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited. To receive the prize, the prize winner agrees to provide to CheapOair.com a recent photo of themselves, and a 300+ word description on why they like the CheapOair.com website, within 10 days of notification of winning. The prize winners may be asked to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity which must be signed and returned to CheapOair.com within 10 days of notification to receive prize. |

| PRIZE |
| The winner will receive a Gift Certificate for an airline ticket. Any and all other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Gift Certificates must be used on or before the last day of the quarter in which it is awarded. Prizes unclaimed will not be awarded. |
| ELIGIBILITY |
| Entrants must be legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia but excluding Puerto Rico and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions), reside and be physically present in the U.S. as of the date of entry through and including the date of awarding of prizes, and be 18 years or older as of the date of entry. To be eligible for a given quarter, electronic entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CST on the last day of the quarter. Any entries received after the deadline will be considered in the following month's drawing. You must be subscribed to the CheapOair.com Newsletter at the time of the drawing to be eligible. Employees of CheapOair.com and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotion, judging and other coordinating agencies involved in the promotion and the immediate families of each are not eligible to enter.
