If the flight or hotel that you purchased on CheapOair is not the lowest fare or hotel room rate per night for that exact flight or exact hotel room category for the exact date and times and you found a lower fare or a rate on any other major online travel company (except airlines web sites) after you have booked your flight or hotel with us, CheapOair will refund you 10 USD per person for each flight and hotel booked. Lowest fare or hotel rate guarantee is valid within 12 hours of purchase. The lowest competitive offer must be from a reputable web site, also the comparison is of fare and tax only not inclusive of service fees. The flights dates, times, class of service booked should all match. Certain classes of fares are not applicable for this offer such as Military, Student, Govt., Tour operator Fares, Coupons, Bulk Rate, Airlines web only fares. This offer applies only to Online bookings made on CheapOair.com. You must send us a proof after cutting and pasting the competitive offer from another Online travel site to feedback@CheapOair.com or billings@CheapOair.com. The refund process may take up to 4 weeks and another few weeks to refelect on your credit card statement.

If any tickets purchased through CheapOair have flight delays that exceed one-hour, baggage delays or lost baggage, CheapOair will give each ticket holder a $5 Coupon for future travel bookings on CheapOair, up to a maximum of 25 USD for parties of 5 per transaction. This request for inconvenience coupon must be applied within 12 hours of the incidence. Simply email proof to feedback@CheapOair.com. Please be sure to include the name of the airline, your CheapOair booking number, number of travelers, a brief summary of the inconvenience experienced, your name, email address and phone number.
