I want to take a few minutes and tell you about my recent experience with CheapOair. My family and I booked a trip for November 2010 flying over the Thanksgiving holiday out of the country on Continental Airlines. My husband’s health prohibited him from participating in the event planned for November and we needed to cancel all four flights. I called CheapOair to cancel. I spoke with Valarie in customer service. I explained the situation to her and she told me she would take care of the cancellation; and when we were ready, she offered her services and told us she would help us when we decided to use the tickets. She helped us book new flights to a new destination this past December using 3 of our credits. The last ticket to be used for a new destination was under my son’s name. He had an unexpected death of his birth father. I called Valarie and she instructed us what to do as far as the death certificate and the format that needed to follow. My son had hoped to use that ticket before it expired to come back to the east coast for a visit after he took care of his birth father’s affairs. To say we were completely satisfied with her service would be just the beginning. Every time I called CheapOair and spoke with Valarie she was professional, efficient, pleasant and committed to giving the best customer service possible. Valarie was dedicated to following through with my family as consumers. Valarie emailed us with all the changes to our flight schedule to ensure that we were completely satisfied and understood the changes that we made. Valentine listened to my dealings and said he can help. He said he will call the airline and will speak to them and call me back in a few minutes. He promptly called me back and said that the basic flight plan is now in place, it will take about 24 for the new e-tickets to show up. Hello, I have been very satisfied with my experience with CheapOair. I purchased tickets to Italy approximately a month ago and found them to be the least expensive tickets I could find. I looked extensively for less expensive tickets but was unable to. The website was easy to navigate and the entire experience was quick and efficient. After we returned home, I even got a phone call from an agent called Karen, who inquired if I had been satisfied with my purchase. That was an unexpected delight and one that found favor with us. Yesterday, in my excitement to book a vacation to Florida, I mistakenly booked a flight from JFK to Orlando. As soon as my Floridian friends noted that I should have booked the flight to Tampa, I called CheapOair toll free number and was handled by a phone representative named Yvonne. She was personable and understanding, and had sense of humor about me and my bone-headed mistake. In minutes, we re-booked a (better) flight from JFK to Tampa, and without me incurring a cancellation fee due to Yvonne's quick handling. In essence, Yvonne helped me through what I anticipated was going to be a day-long, costly battle to cancel one flight and re-book another, making the experience memorable, and certainly landing CheapOair safely into my "Favorites" list. Your name "CheapOair" certainly doesn't pertain to the level of quality and expertise shown by Yvonne, who handled my dilemma as if she were the hyper-concerned owner of your company. Oh, and one more point, Yvonne made a point of taking my cell phone number in case of disconnects, and not once, but twice, after disconnects, she called me back to advise me of her progress. Then, to top off her service, she called me back to tell me that she'd just sent the new itinerary, assuring me that my dumb mistake had been....handled. Can't thank CheapOair enough!!!!

I did some extensive research into flight times and tickets for the month of August and CheapOair were not only one of my favorite because of it's easy to use and sensible search options, but because they found me the cheapest tickets available. I liked that they gathered information on different airlines and that I was able to combine and choose different carriers to get the best price. Also their interface is easy to use and I found I liked the way they set up their search options the best of all the websites I visited. Very happy customer here!.

This e-mail is to first of all say Thank you to an incredible customer service agent you have in your midst. Brayden is incredible at dealing with difficult cases. I had a problem with Brussels air lines regarding my ticket and he handled everything like a star. He calmed me down and took my name and number and followed up with everything he promised. He went above and beyond to make sure I still got the best deal there was. As for CheapOair, I can safely say that if I need help booking something online I'll contact Brayden first.
