I am military and fly very often so often I have been on 86 flights in 2 years. I just wanted to let you know that by far Cheapoair has had the best flight prices I have seen in a long time. I don't know how you do it but it's nice to know a company is out to help the consumer. I just wish I would have found you earlier.

I have been using you for the past three-four years to travel back and forth to Scotland. I have never had a problem. In fact, Nov of 2008 I had to rush home as my father was dying of cancer. When I called you guys you got me on a flight the very next day. It was not a happy trip but I made it home on time to see him and for that I will be forever grateful. I have recommended you too many of my friends and family. Great doing business with you guys.

Just wanted to mention how pleased we were with the service we received on January 6, 2010. We called to rebook, about 7:30 am, US time, a flight from London England to Las Vegas. The flight had been cancelled because of snow. The CheapOair person was very helpful and patient with us because we were calling from a payphone in a noisy airport with a bad phone connection. In addition to the cheap air fare, the excellent customer support will encourage us to book with CheapOair again.

Online booking is easy, but not warm and friendly, sometimes not so sure. But phone booking is big different, more Personal, more detail, especially some skilled people, like Miss Alba Scott, I felt quite comfortable tonight. I will come back to her if I need to travel in the future. AS an owner of several different businesses, I really like her service. Best Regards.

I want to comment on my experience with Valentine Adams. I needed to change my husband's flight because our daughter was in a serious car accident and my husband was flying to Florida to visit his also ailing mother. We were torn as to what to do and decided to bite the bullet and pay for the extra charges so that my husband could be here to transfer our daughter to a rehabilitation facility for brain injury and then get down to Florida to see his mother. Valentine helped us find the cheapest flight within the days we were flexible with and even got us another discount. It is not often you get someone to help you that extra step that helped us with our difficult situation. Thank you for your assistance and especially thank you to Valentine Adams.

I am writing to you in regard to a special employee providing impeccable service. On February 9th I attempted to purchase an airline ticket but had some difficulty with the internet. I called Cheap-O-Air and was connected with Reynosa. While he was helping me to complete the transaction we were disconnected. I called back and we were connected once again. While on the phone he/we tried to correct my problem but we were unable to do so. He called me the next day with a solution! This kind of service is rare and very much appreciated. It would make me very happy if he were to receive kudos/incentive for his service.

I just wanted to commend your company and specifically Raina and Germain for the great customer service over the last two days with my travel. I tried booking a flight from Houston Intercontinental to Las Vegas. I spoke with Germain today who was very professional, as was Raina, and worked with me to switch the outgoing flight at the least possible cost to me. We were on the phone for about 45 minutes and I appreciated the time he took in finding me a better option for my outgoing flight. I want to let you know how pleased I am after speaking with Virgil today for reservation change assistance. He was able to correct my airline return reservation and made me feel he was very happy to assist me. He was also very thorough and gave me several options for handling the changes I had requested. The reservations were for our son-in-law, who is in the air force at Hill AFB and his wife. He needed to return from ATL. Virgil went the extra mile and his help was very much appreciated!! I am so overjoyed at the help provided to me by Stanley this morning. I made a terrible error in my departure time (thinking it was a.m. and instead it was p.m.). As I explained to Stanley (and he REALLY listened), I am in my 80's, and currently having some vision problems. I misread the time of departure, completed and booked my reservation. I would just like to say Deja in customer service really righted the wrong for me. She heard my concerns and gave me a great explanation of company policy and STILL fixed my problems. Although I was upset she really let me know that the company stands behind making their customers happy. I also received an email from customer service just to verify that I was happy with the outcome. I will be booking my next trip with this company and will let others know how you took care of me. I booked a round trip ticket from Houston to Madrid, Spain and back. When I called the airline carrier to request the seats I was asked if I was aware that on my trip back I had to change airports in Washington DC. I was not aware of that. While I knew that I was going through Newark, and coming back through Washington DC, I was not aware that I had to change from Dulles airport to National airport. The agent also informed me that I would not have the time to get my luggage, go through customs, and make it to National in time to get my connecting flight to Houston. When I called CheapOair and talked to Ms. Chen, the supervisor, she was able to help me by changing my return flight so I could take my connecting flight to Houston from Dulles airport. I am very grateful to Ms. Chen for helping me.

I just wanted to thank-you for the wonderful service I received when British Airways went on strike and my flight was cancelled. The representative went out of his way to find us another flight. When I called back a week later to check on my refund the representative helped
with calling British Airways and receiving my taxes and fees back too. I was taxed for something I did not purchase and was charged a fee for the airport I did not land at. Thank-you for a great job!

Sid was very helpful and courteous to me today when I was booking a business flight from JFK to Berlin. I had made a mistake in
my first online booking and accidentally selected an airline I did not want to fly. Sid cancelled that booking for me immediately so I would
not be charged for it and helped me to find an inexpensive, round-trip, non-stop flight from JFK to Berlin. He booked the flight for me and
even found me an aisle seat. When my home mobile phone cut out, Sid promptly called me back. My experience with other discount booking sites
is that when I am disconnected, I have to call back and wait on hold and will not be reconnected to the agent I was originally talking with.
This means that I have to start all over again. By calling me back right away, Sid saved me a great deal of time and frustration.
He also spent a great deal of his own time finding option for me since I was not sure which airline I preferred.
I will certainly use CheapOair.com for my future airline bookings. I travel frequently on business trips to Europe and the Middle East and appreciated Sid's
prompt and courteous service, a welcome change from my prior experience with booking agents both at online discount sites and at airlines sites.

I rarely take the time to send in an email on anyone's customer service, but today I had to. If I were to use one word to describe
the gentleman, Calvin, that helped me today I'd use PATIENT. I was on the phone with him for over an hour. I changed my booking twice and
then added three more passengers and not once did he sound annoyed. I am pleased, thankful, and most importantly a new fan of CheapOair.

I booked a flight this evening with your service agent (Neville). I wish to inform you in writing of my experience with this transaction. Let me say this first. I felt obliged to locate the absolute cheapest ticket possible. Comparing airfares online is daunting and extremely time consuming. Out of fear and confusion I opted to call cheapOair for personal inquiry. Neville was exceedingly helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. He was kind, courteous, expertly informed, direct and re-assuring. He had all my travel information and credit card number but even then I was hesitant to close the deal. He allowed me the time to check-out one more lead (online) but all along he assured me that I would not find a better deal anywhere online. He was absolutely right. I was viewing prices that excluded taxes. I'm so grateful for his patience and perseverance. If I need your services in the future, based on this experience, I will definitely call again. I assume he is doing well in his position and I wish him continued success.

I would like to relate to you my recent conversation with Ms. Jenkins. When I booked the reservation, I did not realize I would need to change airports, thus not allowing me enough time to catch the flight. Ms. Jenkins was very helpful in finding me different reservations that would be much more agreeable for me. She was very courteous, considerate, and extremely thorough in advising me of my new reservations. I do hope you acknowledge Ms. Jenkins for her outstanding customer service.

I would like to leave positive feedback for agent Gail. She rescheduled a return flight from NC, for which I had the incorrect date.
My plans were not flexible, so she had little to work with. That being said, she was able to book me on the same flights, just a different return
date - the correct date. It was important to arrive in the early afternoon. Her voice was pleasant and understandable;
she also repeated all the information a few times to ensure that I had the flights I needed. Thank you to Gail.

Angela, I do not know where to start! I called customer service and an angel answered the phone; her name is ANGELA NEW YORK. She was so polite, courteous, experienced and professional. Not even my doctors or nurses are as nice as her. She returned my phone calls IMMEDIATELY unlike other service providers, and had complete knowledge of everything and offered me a variety of options! She was so efficient and completely set my worries and pessimism, of my trip that I had been looking forward to all year, away! I wish more people were like her. Last month, (Dec 08), I looked online for inexpensive international flights when I came across CheapOair. At first, I was a little nervous about buying a ticket online; especially since this was my first international flight. But I must admit that I am very happy that I used CheapOair. You offered the best rate for my destination and when I called your 8000 number with questions your staff was very friendly on the phone and made excellent suggestions. I saved hundreds of dollars and got great service.

Before I spoke to you, I had given up even trying to arrange a trip and the rates had increased considerably in just one day. I was extremely frustrated with all the online companies and their promises. When I contacted your company, I had little hope for there being any difference between your company and the others.

I needed to get all 7 of my group on the same flight and naturally at the best price possible. Sheena was having trouble initially doing this so she told me that she would do some additional checking and call me back. She did call me back and was able to get all of us on a great flight with minimal layover time and for a decent fare. I thought you should know what a nice job she did and that Sheena should be commended for providing such excellent service. I have never booked through the internet but being able to work with someone like Sheena made the process much easier and encourages me to do it again. Thank you.

In short, I was to return to Montreal, Canada from Sydney Australia and required a date change for the 14th of May.
After spending some great time with me at least an hour finding the best deal, providing an insight on best days to fly and after granting me a discount on my request, I successfully booked my ticket

Thank you to Percy for good customer service and working to correct an error that was made when booking a ticket.
Percy worked with the airline to waive the "change fee" for an error in thatthe origin and destination cities were reversed on the day of travel. Although the error was caught immediately on the confirmation e-mail, I was initially told it would be a $400 "change fee" to correct this booking error. Percy called the airline to waive the charges.
Until Percy solved this problem I was vowing that I would never use CheapOair again and I would give it very negative reviews to friends and family. Percy changed my mind.

During my last visit to Rome - June 14-18, 2009, I stayed at the Mocenigo Vatican Suites. I was somewhat hesitant since the property did not indicate many stars. This property was clean, comfortable, centrally located, and staff was extremely helpful in all respects. I will be travelling in September, 2009 and will again book at Mocenigo Vatican Suites. For the price and assistance, it has my vote.

On that day, I received an unexpected news and I needed to purchase a ticket for my family back to the Philippines. Being in that unpleasant situation and having limited financial resources to purchase the airline tickets, Ms. Deon remained so calmed while she was navigating the computer looking for the cheapest airline ticket the would fit my budget. Evon Foster has helped me with an absolute hopeless and could have been quite a huge loss to my daughter's uncle Bob W. purchase from US Airways. We have purchased tickets for youth under 15 before and flown on other airlines. It was so hard to even get them to work with us and Evon used his customer service skills and savvy to get them to agree to give Bob W. a complete refund. What good news in such difficult circumstances we faced: possibly loosing the entire ticket of 701.00!!! Evon Foster saved this customer! Thanks to him we can get a refund in reasonable time and get another flight on an airline without such strict policies of flying youth or minors. I wish to thank you for hiring Evon Foster! He saved us great loss.

I needed to confirm what my flight arrangements were for the July 3 flight. I was calling around 5 PM on July 2 when I was connected to Brittany Wells. She was polite when answering the phone and gave a good, brief introduction who she was. After working with me and the airline (probably about 45 minutes), she had everything taken care of (including giving me the number to the airline so I could verify and change seat assignments). It is unfortunate the flight was changed, but she made the experience very pleasant. People like her will keep me coming back to your company for future travel arrangements. On August 18, 2008 I made some reservations through CheapOair and unfortunately I made a horrendous error on the dates and my son caught it for me. So I called this a.m. to get things corrected and I talked to a young lady by the name of Tracy and she was the best ever. She remained very patient and worked with me until she was able to find me other travel arrangements that coincided pretty much with my initial booking and the additional costs were reasonable.

I booked flights to Miami and then read my email. My sister is paying for the Miami - La Romana - Miami part of my trip. I had just hit book when I read her email and it said we would stay in La Romana until the following Thursday. I had booked my return flights for Tuesday I called and Davy was my agent/customer service Rep. He was wonderful. He changed my flights home and was so fun on the phone.
I've never used CheapOair before because I usually use miles from American Airlines, however, I've used them all. Your prices were 1/2 what American quoted me and your customer service reps are great.
You have made a new customer with this transaction.

As a business man that deals internationally and books my own travel this e mail is a testament of a job well Done. Deon helped me out of a jam, I needed to change the return date on return trip from London which was booked on the 10 of August. Due to Credit credit limit and all my out going expenses if she did not take the extra time to assist me I am certain to have had many problems. I have booked with many companies and subsequently have made changes, at no time have I received such a professional nice person that under the circumstances and pressures of my communications from Portugal hampered and my skype account dwindling fast she was able to give me her e mail address in case the time had run out.
Needless to say I will use your company whenever possible and please give Deon kudos she deserves because if the rest of the staff handles calls in this manner you will see a spike in your business. I have take the time well after 2:00 am in the morning.

I have a booking through CheapOair from Santiago, Chile to San Francisco and due to a schedule change by Avianca Airlines my traveling companion and I would miss our connection from Los Angelos to San Francisco.
When I was contacted by Avianca I called your 800 number last week and was told I'd be called by your Reschedule Dept. within 48 hours. I waited over 72 hours but no phone call. Since I'll be tied up this coming week I wanted to get this resolved so I called the 800 # again and was connected with Nola.

My son had a flight scheduled for Wednesday, 9/16/09 that was purchased through you website. On Tuesday evening, 9/15/09 I found out that he did not have the needed VISA for the trip. Evon Foster helped us to reschedule my son's flight to Manchester, England. Evon did an outstanding job with helping me.he was very calm, patient and knowledgeable. Just a note to let you know how pleased we were working with Tome, he was extremely helpful and polite and patient! I kept asking questions and he was ready with the answers. Too often when one is doing their job well little is said of their fine work. I wish to compliment Customer Service Representative Nancy who provided me with outstanding service. She was polite, efficient, considerate, and patient and took the extra steps to help me cancel and change a reservation which was over the 6 month limit. Not only did she process the cancelation for me but found me another flight on the exact date needed.
It is my hope Cheapoair recognizes they have such a fine employee.

She took the time and was very patient in explaining what I needed to do so that I can get a refund. She also explained how to file a claim on my Travel Insurance Co. in detail and about the fact that I have to cancel my air ticket before the actual flight. She was compassionate in dealing with me because I was slow to understand at first. She kept trying patiently until everything was clear to me. She is an asset to your company. I recently had to make changes to an itinerary that I had booked online. I had the good fortune to speak to one of your customer service agents, Shayla Hooke. I had difficulty making the change as many flights out of Cairo were fully booked on my travel dates. She worked with me for over 45 minutes searching for alternate flights. I found her to be very friendly, patient and willing to go the extra mile for the customer.
To be honest, online flight booking has become a soulless experience. I've gotten used to making all the arrangements myself without anyone working with nor for me. When I realized I had to call your offices to modify my flights, I wasn't expecting much out of the conversation. However, it was a delight to be on the phone with Shayla. Today, we experienced someone who enjoys their work and one who is courteous, professional and experienced. This was our experience with your travel agent, Ms. Shayla Hooke. She has got to be one of the most patient agents.
This lady left us feeling like we are true VIPs. So, my wife Nelum and I had to write and share our feelings of appreciation regarding a dedicated employee of yours. Shayla worked with my wife and myself given that we were in a most desperate need for understanding and assistance. There were four changes in existing travel tickets needing to be addressed. Shayla was very comforting. I want to praise Travel Agent Sterling. I was traveling to Jamaica for three days to attend a Wedding. He was able to get me a flight on Jet Blue however the flight was for the December 15th on the return back to the U.S. The problem was that I should be back in the UA on November 15th instead.
Sterling was able to get me a refund on the existing ticket and got me a cheaper flight than what was available on the market for November 15th which was in fact my true return day. I was extremely strapped for cash and he made it possible for me to get to my Brother’s wedding and get back without any extreme hardship or inconvenience.
I am eternally grateful to him and hope that all travel agents any where will strive to meet his exceptional customer service.
Because of him I will in the future use CheapOair for all my travel needs. I now have faith in your service and your ability to satisfy customer.
He is exceptionally good.

I have spent some time on the phone this afternoon with your service agent Vita. She has been most helpful in allowing me to cancel my ticket which allows me to rebook in the spring. This has saved me a great deal of expense and allows me to use my limited resources for another mission trip next spring. Unfortunately I am indisposed and had to pull out of this mission trip. Vita went to great lengths to accommodate my request for info since our Mission head had booked the trip for all of us under one booking #. It was unsertain whether I could cancel and have the option to rebook next year. Vita was most diligent and patient, answering all my questions and bringing this matter to a very satisfying resolution. I know call centre work is difficult and onerous with many difficult and often unhappy people wanting immediate service, However Vita never made me feel I was a bother and instead treated me as if I were her most important customer. Please pass on to the upper management my very beneficial and pleasant interaction with Vita.

I cannot recall the last time that I wrote to company to complement an employee for doing an excellent job. Your employee Daisy went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting me without tickets to Mexico. She went out of her way to call me back and come into the office despite the fact that she was apparently out sick and spent over an hour on the phone on two occasions in order to get me the best fare for our tickets. She even waited while I called our hotel in Mexico to change our date of travel when our preferred flight date was not available.
I laughed when I was first told of "Cheapo Air" as the best place for discount tickets. You may have a funny name, but your company and your employee Daisy deserve congratulations for doing such a great job!

Britany in Las Vegas was wonderful. I have spent the last 23 years in customer service in communications.

Pat stuck with the process throughout it all, working to find the best flights and times. I am writing to tell you about a phone conversation I had on Sunday Dec 7, 2008 with one of your agents . His name is Travis. I had a disappointing experience online at CheapOair.com due to the fact that the tickets I tried to buy suddenly became unavailable. When I called the toll free number to inquire about why the tickets were not showing up as being purchased, Travis explained what happened. He then made several attempts to help with my reservations using all the criteria I had to live by and he was able to get me a satisfactory price for the 4 tickets I purchased for my daughter and her family. After booking a flight through airfare.CheapOair.com (with the best prices I could find anywhere), I called the return flight airline and found that my credit card had been declined and that they were canceling my return flight at midnight. I immediately called airfare.CheapOair.com and Philip calmed me down, assuring me that he would resolve everything. He sleuthed out the problem with the airline, got the credit card through and called me later with the airline's confirmation number and my assigned seats. Seaton was an awesome help correcting a extremely tough situation when our bank was caught up in the big hacking problem and our credit card attachted to the account was frozen and causing a card to be declined, they worked us through the process of getting authorization so our reservations were confirmed and paid for. Philip called us after I wrote an email to airfare.CheapOair.com online asking for some help in making some changes to my ticket. I needed to re-schedule my flight because of some family emergency. When Philip called we had already talked to a couple of other representatives who had not been very optimistic or helpful. Once he began talking he seemed committed to helping us get our situation resolved. And he gave it a 100% until our situation was resolved and we're happy to be on our way soon.
I felt that Philip was available to us the entire time. This process took over 72 hours to complete. During that time, we exchanged emails with Philip and he managed to respond to each inquiry. He also called several times. I was very happy to find airfare.CheapOair.com on the internet during my search for affordable flights to Europe. Other booking agencies could not offer the low fares nor the convenience of flying without stopovers. In fact, airfare.CheapOair.com not only offered cheap flights but one can book it online which is not available from all agencies. With its convenient booking online, the affordable straight non-stopover flights offered as well as the excellent and prompt customer service offered I give airfare.CheapOair.com a 100+ for service. I will use this booking agency again for other travel and I will certainly recommend it to friends and family who will be travelling as well.

This was my first time using airfare.CheapOair.com. I have used other on-line ticketing services in the past, and I have to admit I was somewhat skeptical of using any service named "airfare.CheapOair.com" to purchase round-trip tickets from the USA to the Philippines. However I have been very pleased with all aspects of the service, specifically the availability of many outstanding flights, with exceptionally good prices and the quick follow-up by customer service to complicated issues. For example, one of my bookings involved a third-party credit card payment/booking for airline tickets originating overseas. Within minutes of booking this flight, airfare.CheapOair.com's credit card unit called to verify the credit card transaction.
My only advice concerns the notice of shipment for paper tickets. My paper tickets were shipped by FedEx; however, the email notice sent from FedEx to me advising of the tracking number was marked as spam by my email provider and sent to my bulk in-box. I kept looking for the email notice and I finally found it in the bulk in-box.

My phone call ran to after business hours due to problems with my computer receiving email confirmations and ticket numbers. I just received my tickets for my my flights we booked Miami to Salvador Bahia Brazil on TAM.The flights are non-stop MIA-SSA and cost half of what I saw on major web sites. We basically booked 2 tickets for what one ticket cost on Expedia and Travelocity.
I was reluctant at first because last year when I booked with a similar consolidator TAM would not confirm the tickets because the consolidator booked at a fare code that TAM would not honor. I had to pay a rebooking fee and an additional $300.00 to obtain a valid conformation with TAM
This time with airfare.CheapOair.com I was very surprised and relieved when I called TAM and confirmed my booking and found that all was in order and confirmed.
The agents at airfare.CheapOair.com were helpful, pleasant and responsive to my e-mails inquiries regarding my reservations.

I commend your two agents Adelina and Nickson for their excellent service. Recently I had to change my travel plans because I fell and fractured my right ankle. My doctor advised me to cut my summer travel short and to not go to Istanbul and Uzbekistan on crutches. I called you and worked with two of your excellent agents.
Adelina was my first contact and he did a superior job to cancel my plans to fly from Milan to Istanbul (booking number 412136). I realize that I now have $511.23 credit on Austrian Airlines and need to lock in my travel itinerary before the deadline of a year from when I bought the ticket on 5/28/07.
He then did the even more difficult task of trying to find if I could return earlier than Aug 22nd. This ticket booking number 372071 took considerable effort and diligence. In the end he was able to book me on the same United flight but leaving FLR Florence, Italy on July 26th.
I waited several days to receive confirmation from your consolidator. Then I called and worked with another agent Nickson who confirmed the changed date of my return trip from Florence and was able to take my third booking 424065 from Denver to Eugene and get me on a United flight 735 leaving Albuquerque on July 27th at 10:18 AM. I should arrive at PDX Portland airport at 4:49 PM. I received confirmation by email and am not set to begin my adventures.
I am glad that I am mending my bones, that I did not require immediate surgery, that airfare.CheapOair.com would allow me to make changes and that your staff conduct themselves with courtesy, efficiency and compassion.
I would appreciate if you would send this email to Adelina and Nickson so that they will know that I commend them.

I would like to take the time to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation, first to the representative who assisted me, whose name was Perry. Secondly, to you, airfare.CheapOair.com, the company for a most obvious outstanding customer service training. On Friday, November 16, 2007 I made reservations for two of my daughters to fly in on Thanksgiving day itself, only to realize minutes later as I was giving them the itinerary, that I had clicked on the wrong departure time. To my horror, I realized that I had chosen 6:45p.m. instead of 6:00a.m.; by the time they got in, Thanksgiving dinner would have long been eaten, dishes washed and put away. Anyway, I decided to call right away to see if anything could be done since it was about 10 minutes later when I discover the error.
In my opinion, Perry went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting me with my travel arrangements. By the time I got through to someone (which did not take very long), the ticket had already generated. It actually took a couple of hours to sort through everything, but not once did he appear impatient or frustrated (even though I most certainly was). I have used other services before and have not received the level of service with most of them as I did with Perry. Anyway, because of him, my family and I will have a most enjoyable holiday.

On Saturday, November 3, 2007 I called your company because the night before I booked my mother's tickets incorrectly. I had the wrong departure date. I was a bit flustered and wasn't making much sense to what I needed to change regarding my tickets.
Alan was the representative that was helping me. This gentleman was so kind and patient with me. We where cut off while on the line and he managed to get a hold of me quickly. He was very patient with the request and a problem I had with the credit card info.

I am very pleased with the service here. I ordered tickets to Karachi on 11/24/06 and I had them a couple of days later. This wast the only site that I could find last minute tickets and the price was almost $300 below the prices on other sites. I was skeptical at first, but after this pleasant experience, I will definitely use this site again and will refer to friends. Thanks!
