Sri it is not often that my wife and I leave the phone being moved and touched by a caring employee. Today, we experienced someone who enjoys their work and one who is courteous, professional and experienced. This was our experience with your travel agent, Ms. Shayla Hooke. She has got to be one of the most patient agents.
This lady left us feeling like we are true VIPs. So, my wife Nelum and I had to write and share our feelings of appreciation regarding a dedicated employee of yours. Shayla worked with my wife and myself given that we were in a most desperate need for understanding and assistance. There were four changes in existing travel tickets needing to be addressed. Shayla was very comforting. She assured us that she was here on the phone to support us in our travel needs with words like "Is there anything else I can do", and “What I can do to assist you further" and "I am here to help make your travel easier" and "I love what I do".
Honestly, Tony, we left our phone and felt inspired and we were pleased to have been served by an expert and a pro who excel at building up a warm spirit with her customers. Never did she tire of being with us.

I want to praise Travel Agent Sterling. I was traveling to Jamaica for three days to attend a Wedding. He was able to get me a flight on Jet Blue however the flight was for the December 15th on the return back to the U.S. The problem was that I should be back in the UA on November 15th instead.
Sterling was able to get me a refund on the existing ticket and got me a cheaper flight than what was available on the market for November 15th which was in fact my true return day. I was extremely strapped for cash and he made it possible for me to get to my Brother’s wedding and get back without any extreme hardship or inconvenience.
I am eternally grateful to him and hope that all travel agents any where will strive to meet his exceptional customer service.
Because of him I will in the future use CheapOAir for all my travel needs. I now have faith in your service and your ability to satisfy customer.
He is exceptionally good.

It's great to know that I not only can fly on the cheap, but do it with a travel service that cares about my finances and my input. I still don't really understand where the paper ticket thing came from but I am so pleased that someone took the time to answer all of my grievances in such a timely and wonderful way. I have spent some time on the phone this afternoon with your service agent Vita. She has been most helpful in allowing me to cancel my ticket which allows me to rebook in the spring. This has saved me a great deal of expense and allows me to use my limited resources for another mission trip next spring. Unfortunately I am indisposed and had to pull out of this mission trip. Vita went to great lengths to accommodate my request for info since our Mission head had booked the trip for all of us under one booking #. It was unsertain whether I could cancel and have the option to rebook next year. Vita was most diligent and patient, answering all my questions and bringing this matter to a very satisfying resolution. I know call centre work is difficult and onerous with many difficult and often unhappy people wanting immediate service, However Vita never made me feel I was a bother and instead treated me as if I were her most important customer. Please pass on to the upper management my very beneficial and pleasant interaction with Vita.
By the way I shall be advocating your business services to all my friends.

I called Cheapoair this morning because I had made a serious mistake last night purchasing an airline ticket on line. I was very upset and made another mistake while I was re-booking a flight for my husband by not checking the day of the week that the date fell on. Germain was most patient with me and very helpful. I cannot recall the last time that I wrote to company to complement an employee for doing an excellent job. Your employee Daisy went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting me without tickets to Mexico. She went out of her way to call me back and come into the office despite the fact that she was apparently out sick and spent over an hour on the phone on two occasions in order to get me the best fare for our tickets. She even waited while I called our hotel in Mexico to change our date of travel when our preferred flight date was not available.
I laughed when I was first told of "Cheapo Air" as the best place for discount tickets. You may have a funny name, but your company and your employee Daisy deserve congratulations for doing such a great job!

Too often when one is doing their job well little is said of their fine work. I wish to compliment Customer Service Representative Nancy who provided me with outstanding service. She was polite, efficient, considerate, and patient and took the extra steps to help me cancel and change a reservation which was over the 6 month limit. Not only did she process the cancelation for me but found me another flight on the exact date needed.
It is my hope Cheapoair recognizes they have such a fine employee.
I travel often and have had good service but none has matched this lady’s service.

I want to applaud and commend your employee. Her name is Summer of Customer Service My Booking no. 2148856 - Lourdes Ricasa. I have a medical emergency and had to cancel my reservation. She took the time and was very patient in explaining what I needed to do so that I can get a refund. She also explained how to file a claim on my Travel Insurance Co. in detail and about the fact that I have to cancel my air ticket before the actual flight. She was compassionate in dealing with me because I was slow to understand at first. She kept trying patiently until everything was clear to me. She is an asset to your company. I asked to speak to her supervisor, Jack. I told Jack that I was very pleased with the way my situation was handled. I recently had to make changes to an itinerary that I had booked online. I had the good fortune to speak to one of your customer service agents, Shayla Hooke. I had difficulty making the change as many flights out of Cairo were fully booked on my travel dates. She worked with me for over 45 minutes searching for alternate flights. I found her to be very friendly, patient and willing to go the extra mile for the customer.
To be honest, online flight booking has become a soulless experience. I've gotten used to making all the arrangements myself without anyone working with nor for me. When I realized I had to call your offices to modify my flights, I wasn't expecting much out of the conversation. However, it was a delight to be on the phone with Shayla. On August 18, 2008 I made some reservations through CheapOair and
unfortunately I made a horrendous error on the dates and my son caught
it for me. So I called this a.m. to get things corrected and I talked
to a young lady by the name of Tracy and she was the best ever. She
remained very patient and worked with me until she was able to find me
other travel arrangements that coincided pretty much with my initial
booking and the additional costs were reasonable.
It has been a long time since I have had good customer service like

I booked flights to Miami and then read my email. My sister is paying
for the Miami - La Romana - Miami part of my trip. I had just hit book
when I read her email and it said we would stay in La Romana until the
following Thursday. I had booked my return flights for Tuesday I called
and Davy was my agent/customer service Rep. He was wonderful. He changed
my flights home and was so fun on the phone.
I've never used CheapOair before because I usually use miles from
American Airlines, however, I've used them all. Your prices were 1/2
what American quoted me and your customer service reps are great.

jam, I needed to change the return date on return trip from London which
was booked on the 10 of August. Due to Credit credit limit and all my

such a professional nice person that under the circumstances and

I have a booking through CheapOair from Santiago, Chile to San Francisco and due to a schedule change by Avianca Airlines my traveling companion and I would miss our connection from Los Angelos to San Francisco.

Thank you to Percy for good customer service and working to correct an error that was made when booking a ticket.
Percy worked with the airline to waive the "change fee" for an error in thatthe origin and destination cities were reversed on the day of travel. Although the error was caught immediately on the confirmation e-mail, I was initially told it would be a $400 "change fee" to correct this booking error. Percy called the airline to waive the charges.
Until Percy solved this problem I was vowing that I would never use CheapOair again and I would give it very negative reviews to friends and family. Percy changed my mind.

On that day, I received an unexpected news and I needed to purchase a ticket for my family back to the Philippines. Evon Foster has helped me with an absolute hopeless and could have been quite a huge loss to my daughter's uncle Bob W. purchase from US Airways. We have purchased tickets for youth under 15 before and flown on other airlines. It was so hard to even get them to work with us and Evon used his customer service skills and savvy to get them to agree to give Bob W. a complete refund. What good news in such difficult circumstances we faced: possibly loosing the entire ticket of 701.00!!! Evon Foster saved this customer! Thanks to him we can get a refund in reasonable time and get another flight on an airline without such strict policies of flying youth or minors. I wish to thank you for hiring Evon Foster! He saved us great loss.

In short, I was to return to Montreal, Canada from Sydney Australia and required a date change for the 14th of May.
After spending some great time with me at least an hour finding the best deal, providing an insight on best days to fly and after granting me a discount on my request, I successfully booked my ticket

I had a disappointing experience online at CheapOair.com due to the fact that the tickets I tried to buy suddenly became unavailable. I wish to send my hearty appreciation for your staff and it impressed me a great deal. I was desperately looking for a good fare to travel for a workshop to Barcelona. Your staff, Jewel, really helped me out with a fine deal. It is sad that I was not able to finally book through her as I had to later go through an agent in the city. But what she did was to ease my tension of getting a ticket, and in a decent fare, at a peak time - all worst possible situations!
What I appreciate so much is that despite the fact that she worked so hard, I could not make out any impatience on her part - and even though I was not able to buy the ticket from her, she did not blame me at all - a very positive attitude for serving customers. I would like to take the time to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation, first to the representative who assisted me, whose name was Perry. Secondly, to you, airfare.CheapOair.com, the company for a most obvious outstanding customer service training. On Friday, November 16, 2007 I made reservations for two of my daughters to fly in on Thanksgiving day itself, only to realize minutes later as I was giving them the itinerary, that I had clicked on the wrong departure time. To my horror, I realized that I had chosen 6:45p.m. instead of 6:00a.m.; by the time they got in, Thanksgiving dinner would have long been eaten, dishes washed and put away. Anyway, I decided to call right away to see if anything could be done since it was about 10 minutes later when I discover the error.
In my opinion, Perry went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting me with my travel arrangements. By the time I got through to someone (which did not take very long), the ticket had already generated. It actually took a couple of hours to sort through everything, but not once did he appear impatient or frustrated (even though I most certainly was). I have used other services before and have not received the level of service with most of them as I did with Perry. Anyway, because of him, my family and I will have a most enjoyable holiday.

On Saturday, November 3, 2007 I called your company because the night before I booked my mother's tickets incorrectly. I had the wrong departure date. I was a bit flustered and wasn't making much sense to what I needed to change regarding my tickets.
Alan was the representative that was helping me. This gentleman was so kind and patient with me. I just received my tickets for my my flights we booked Miami to Salvador Bahia Brazil on TAM.The flights are non-stop MIA-SSA and cost half of what I saw on major web sites. We basically booked 2 tickets for what one ticket cost on Expedia and Travelocity.
I was reluctant at first because last year when I booked with a similar consolidator TAM would not confirm the tickets because the consolidator booked at a fare code that TAM would not honor. I had to pay a rebooking fee and an additional $300.00 to obtain a valid conformation with TAM
This time with airfare.CheapOair.com I was very surprised and relieved when I called TAM and confirmed my booking and found that all was in order and confirmed.
The agents at airfare.CheapOair.com were helpful, pleasant and responsive to my e-mails inquiries regarding my reservations.

I commend your two agents Adelina and Nickson for their excellent service. Recently I had to change my travel plans because I fell and fractured my right ankle. My doctor advised me to cut my summer travel short and to not go to Istanbul and Uzbekistan on crutches. I called you and worked with two of your excellent agents.
Adelina was my first contact and he did a superior job to cancel my plans to fly from Milan to Istanbul (booking number 412136). I realize that I now have $511.23 credit on Austrian Airlines and need to lock in my travel itinerary before the deadline of a year from when I bought the ticket on 5/28/07.
He then did the even more difficult task of trying to find if I could return earlier than Aug 22nd. This ticket booking number 372071 took considerable effort and diligence. In the end he was able to book me on the same United flight but leaving FLR Florence, Italy on July 26th.
I waited several days to receive confirmation from your consolidator. Then I called and worked with another agent Nickson who confirmed the changed date of my return trip from Florence and was able to take my third booking 424065 from Denver to Eugene and get me on a United flight 735 leaving Albuquerque on July 27th at 10:18 AM. I should arrive at PDX Portland airport at 4:49 PM. I received confirmation by email and am not set to begin my adventures.
I am glad that I am mending my bones, that I did not require immediate surgery, that airfare.CheapOair.com would allow me to make changes and that your staff conduct themselves with courtesy, efficiency and compassion.
I would appreciate if you would send this email to Adelina and Nickson so that they will know that I commend them.

I very much wish to commend Agent "PARRY" for the very courteous, efficient, and dedicated assistance he gave me on my mixedup booking today. My phone call ran to after business hours due to problems with my computer receiving email confirmations and ticket numbers. Philip called us after I wrote an email to airfare.CheapOair.com online asking for some help in making some changes to my ticket. I needed to re-schedule my flight because of some family emergency. When Philip called we had already talked to a couple of other representatives who had not been very optimistic or helpful. Once he began talking he seemed committed to helping us get our situation resolved. And he gave it a 100% until our situation was resolved and we're happy to be on our way soon.
I felt that Philip was available to us the entire time. This process took over 72 hours to complete. During that time, we exchanged emails with Philip and he managed to respond to each inquiry. He also called several times. I was very happy to find airfare.CheapOair.com on the internet during my search for affordable flights to Europe. Other booking agencies could not offer the low fares nor the convenience of flying without stopovers. In fact, airfare.CheapOair.com not only offered cheap flights but one can book it online which is not available from all agencies. This was my first time using airfare.CheapOair.com. I have used other on-line ticketing services in the past, and I have to admit I was somewhat skeptical of using any service named "airfare.CheapOair.com" to purchase round-trip tickets from the USA to the Philippines. However I have been very pleased with all aspects of the service, specifically the availability of many outstanding flights, with exceptionally good prices and the quick follow-up by customer service to complicated issues. For example, one of my bookings involved a third-party credit card payment/booking for airline tickets originating overseas. Within minutes of booking this flight, airfare.CheapOair.com's credit card unit called to verify the credit card transaction.
My only advice concerns the notice of shipment for paper tickets. My paper tickets were shipped by FedEx; however, the email notice sent from FedEx to me advising of the tracking number was marked as spam by my email provider and sent to my bulk in-box. I kept looking for the email notice and I finally found it in the bulk in-box.
I have been at all the sites all night long and getting poor response, changing prices by the minute and looping when I try to book flights that are not actually available. Your site made it easy to compare quickly and I was able to book quickly and easily through airfare.CheapOair.com. Will definitely use your site again.

After booking a flight through airfare.CheapOair.com (with the best prices I could find anywhere), I called the return flight airline and found that my credit card had been declined and that they were canceling my return flight at midnight. I immediately called airfare.CheapOair.com and Philip calmed me down, assuring me that he would resolve everything. He sleuthed out the problem with the airline, got the credit card through and called me later with the airline's confirmation number and my assigned seats. Seaton was an awesome help correcting a extremely tough situation when our bank was caught up in the big hacking problem and our credit card attachted to the account was frozen and causing a card to be declined, they worked us through the process of getting authorization so our reservations were confirmed and paid for. Sri it is not often that my wife and I leave the phone being moved and touched by a caring employee. Today, we experienced someone who enjoys their work and one who is courteous, professional and experienced. This was our experience with your travel agent, Ms. Shayla Hooke. She has got to be one of the most patient agents.
This lady left us feeling like we are true VIPs. So, my wife Nelum and I had to write and share our feelings of appreciation regarding a dedicated employee of yours. Shayla was very comforting. Sterling was able to get me a refund on the existing ticket and got me a cheaper flight than what was available on the market for November 15th which was in fact my true return day. I was extremely strapped for cash and he made it possible for me to get to my Brother’s wedding and get back without any extreme hardship or inconvenience.

I have spent some time on the phone this afternoon with your service agent Vita. She has been most helpful in allowing me to cancel my ticket which allows me to rebook in the spring. This has saved me a great deal of expense and allows me to use my limited resources for another mission trip next spring. Unfortunately I am indisposed and had to pull out of this mission trip. Vita went to great lengths to accommodate my request for info since our Mission head had booked the trip for all of us under one booking #. It was unsertain whether I could cancel and have the option to rebook next year. Vita was most diligent and patient, answering all my questions and bringing this matter to a very satisfying resolution. I know call centre work is difficult and onerous with many difficult and often unhappy people wanting immediate service, However Vita never made me feel I was a bother and instead treated me as if I were her most important customer. Please pass on to the upper management my very beneficial and pleasant interaction with Vita.

I recently had to make changes to an itinerary that I had booked online. I had the good fortune to speak to one of your customer service agents, Shayla Hooke. I had difficulty making the change as many flights out of Cairo were fully booked on my travel dates. She worked with me for over 45 minutes searching for alternate flights. I found her to be very friendly, patient and willing to go the extra mile for the customer.
To be honest, online flight booking has become a soulless experience. I've gotten used to making all the arrangements myself without anyone working with nor for me. When I realized I had to call your offices to modify my flights, I wasn't expecting much out of the conversation. However, it was a delight to be on the phone with Shayla. As a business man that deals internationally and books my own travel this e mail is a testament of a job well Done. Deon helped me out of a jam, I needed to change the return date on return trip from London which was booked on the 10 of August. Due to Credit credit limit and all my out going expenses if she did not take the extra time to assist me I am certain to have had many problems. I have booked with many companies and subsequently have made changes, at no time have I received such a professional nice person that under the circumstances and pressures of my communications from Portugal hampered and my skype account dwindling fast she was able to give me her e mail address in case the time had run out.
Needless to say I will use your company whenever possible and please give Deon kudos she deserves because if the rest of the staff handles calls in this manner you will see a spike in your business. I have take the time well after 2:00 am in the morning.

I have a booking through CheapOair from Santiago, Chile to San Francisco and due to a schedule change by Avianca Airlines my traveling companion and I would miss our connection from Los Angelos to San Francisco.

Percy worked with the airline to waive the "change fee" for an error in thatthe origin and destination cities were reversed on the day of travel. Although the error was caught immediately on the confirmation e-mail, I was initially told it would be a $400 "change fee" to correct this booking error. Percy called the airline to waive the charges.
Until Percy solved this problem I was vowing that I would never use CheapOair again and I would give it very negative reviews to friends and family. Percy changed my mind.

On that day, I received an unexpected news and I needed to purchase a ticket for my family back to the Philippines. Evon Foster has helped me with an absolute hopeless and could have been quite a huge loss to my daughter's uncle Bob W. purchase from US Airways. We have purchased tickets for youth under 15 before and flown on other airlines. It was so hard to even get them to work with us and Evon used his customer service skills and savvy to get them to agree to give Bob W. a complete refund. What good news in such difficult circumstances we faced: possibly loosing the entire ticket of 701.00!!! Evon Foster saved this customer! I needed to confirm what my flight arrangements were for the July 3 flight. I was calling around 5 PM on July 2 when I was connected to Brittany Wells. She was polite when answering the phone and gave a good, brief introduction who she was. After working with me and the airline (probably about 45 minutes), she had everything taken care of (including giving me the number to the airline so I could verify and change seat assignments). Yesterday was my first time ever calling airfare.CheapOair.com for air tickets to India from Boston, MA, USA. I, Christa, booked a flight from Seattle, WA to Jacksonville, FL. What I truely wanted was a flight to Jacksonville, NC. Rudy a customer service agent stayed on the phone with me for over an hour to help me fix my mistake.
Rudy took it upon himself to help me beyond my expectations. I am planning a last minute get away with my husband who is a Marine training at Cherry Point, NC and will be going on a tour of duty in Iraq for the next 7 to 8 months.
Being pregnant and having the chance to see my husband one more time before he left, I just could not resist the urge to pay the price to see him one more time before leaving to Iraq.

I wanted to write to let you know how pleased I was with the service I received from Ashford. I called tonight at 9pm California time after receiving a message that the flights I booked on line could not be confirmed. Ashford walked me through the situation, cancelled that previous booking for me (because it could not be fulfilled), and looked up several alternate dates to make sure I was able to visit all of the destinations I had planned to see (a total of four destinations in one trip). I booked a flight two days ago on your website, and one of your employees Maurice noticed that it was not a particularly good connection and took it upon himself to phone me and work with me to get us to Newark in a better way. I have never had this experience with a discount airline company before, and I am very grateful.

This is to recognize the extraordinary help provided to us by your agent Percy. We had a situation when Air India and Delta Air Lines changed their flight schedules; we were scheduled to fly from Richmond to Delhi and back. Because of the change in schedules and cancellations by the air lines our connections were not possible. Percy put an extraordinary effort to make sure that we get the correct flight schedules and also do not get penalised for change of schedule as the change was involuntary on our part.

In my opinion, Perry went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting me with my travel arrangements. By the time I got through to someone (which did not take very long), the ticket had already generated. It actually took a couple of hours to sort through everything, but not once did he appear impatient or frustrated (even though I most certainly was). I have used other services before and have not received the level of service with most of them as I did with Perry. Anyway, because of him, my family and I will have a most enjoyable holiday.

On Saturday, November 3, 2007 I called your company because the night before I booked my mother's tickets incorrectly. I had the wrong departure date. I was a bit flustered and wasn't making much sense to what I needed to change regarding my tickets.
Alan was the representative that was helping me. This gentleman was so kind and patient with me. We cancelled my old booking and he spent over an hour searching new flights for me, to find me the best deal. I was reluctant at first because last year when I booked with a similar consolidator TAM would not confirm the tickets because the consolidator booked at a fare code that TAM would not honor. I had to pay a rebooking fee and an additional $300.00 to obtain a valid conformation with TAM

Adelina was my first contact and he did a superior job to cancel my plans to fly from Milan to Istanbul (booking number 412136). I realize that I now have $511.23 credit on Austrian Airlines and need to lock in my travel itinerary before the deadline of a year from when I bought the ticket on 5/28/07.
He then did the even more difficult task of trying to find if I could return earlier than Aug 22nd. This ticket booking number 372071 took considerable effort and diligence. In the end he was able to book me on the same United flight but leaving FLR Florence, Italy on July 26th.
I waited several days to receive confirmation from your consolidator. Then I called and worked with another agent Nickson who confirmed the changed date of my return trip from Florence and was able to take my third booking 424065 from Denver to Eugene and get me on a United flight 735 leaving Albuquerque on July 27th at 10:18 AM. I should arrive at PDX Portland airport at 4:49 PM. I received confirmation by email and am not set to begin my adventures.
I am glad that I am mending my bones, that I did not require immediate surgery, that airfare.CheapOair.com would allow me to make changes and that your staff conduct themselves with courtesy, efficiency and compassion.
I would appreciate if you would send this email to Adelina and Nickson so that they will know that I commend them.

Most travel agencies and websites were advertising fares at least $300 more expensive and had up to 3 different stops! I was about to cancel my whole trip when your site saved me! We have a group Mission Trip going to Honduras in July and we just were having no luck trying to get tickets ourselves. On Thurs/10May, Marcus provided excellent assistance in changing my reservation from Norfolk to Salt Lake City and return.
Then I considering my wife's health and the selection I had made on my own, I called on Fri/11May for understanding and assistance from Marcus. Again, more than I could anticipate. He was able to get my reservation transfered to AA which provided shorter flight times and a much better arrival time in Salt Lake City.

On Thur/10May, I called and worked with Alton to change an e-mail reservation from Norfolk to Salt Lake City and return. He was able to assist without difficulty and very timely.
On Fri/11May, because of my wife's health, I asked for assistance in moving from a 5hr flight to a different airline which provide shorter legs and a much earlier arrival time. I was assisted by Marcus who went to special requests to understand my circumstances and assist me.

Philip called us after I wrote an email to airfare.CheapOair.com online asking for some help in making some changes to my ticket. I needed to re-schedule my flight because of some family emergency. When Philip called we had already talked to a couple of other representatives who had not been very optimistic or helpful. Once he began talking he seemed committed to helping us get our situation resolved. And he gave it a 100% until our situation was resolved and we're happy to be on our way soon.
I felt that Philip was available to us the entire time. This process took over 72 hours to complete. During that time, we exchanged emails with Philip and he managed to respond to each inquiry. He also called several times. I was very happy to find airfare.CheapOair.com on the internet during my search for affordable flights to Europe. Other booking agencies could not offer the low fares nor the convenience of flying without stopovers. In fact, airfare.CheapOair.com not only offered cheap flights but one can book it online which is not available from all agencies. My only advice concerns the notice of shipment for paper tickets. My paper tickets were shipped by FedEx; however, the email notice sent from FedEx to me advising of the tracking number was marked as spam by my email provider and sent to my bulk in-box. I kept looking for the email notice and I finally found it in the bulk in-box.
