He was able to make the change in itinerary flights we needed and expected. He was very courteous and kind during our phone conversation.     I would like to tell you how much I appreciate the kindness and most efficient work done by Kelly with help in rearranging my plane flight to Greece. She was excellent beyond expectation. Her demeanor, knowledge, expertise and patience was superb. I want you to know I will continue to fly CheapOair because of this lady.     I booked last night and had to cancel my ticket today. The agent I had on the phone was so nice and even had my cancellation fee reduced without me asking. How kind of him! Great experience with CheapOair, and will definitely book my next flight with you and hopefully not have to cancel!

    I just wanted to let you know that you “made my day!” I just booked all 4 of us on your website, and it was so easy to follow. I spoke with one of your representatives to ask if I should book on March 14 or 15, and he recommended March 15 because I needed a 4-hour window between landing in Miami and going to Cayman. That’s ok. We’ll stay one night at a Miami airport hotel. Thanks for your help.

    I would like to compliment Arden on a job well done. I accidentally made a flight reservation with a wrong date. My home internet decided to go down. My phone is a magic jack number that needs internet connection, so I was unable to contact CheapOair to change it. I went to an internet cafe and got Arden through the live chat. He was very professional and efficient and was able to change my flight date and charge my credit card for the difference. I have been using your company for many years and today Arden proved why I am loyal now and will continue to be. Thanks again Arden.

    I want to say thanks to Lissel who helped me on 05 Jan to find a ticket to fly from Tpa. FL to Charleston SC on 12 Jan 2015.     I would like to praise Robin's customer service! He was a huge comfort during my small issue of a ticket return. I had purchased a ticket to see grandparents, and simply had to return due to a death in the family. Robin was very calming and in control of the situation. He was quick and left no room for me to worry of being out $450+. I am very grateful he answered the phone that morning. I will definitely be using you again to purchase my tickets in the future, and it is because of Robin's hospitality that I will recommend your company for efficient and quick ticket purchase.
