I was not really thought something special with CheapOair, until this month. I bought two tickets from Taiwan to Seoul Incheon. It was for me and my grandma at Chinese New year. I was planning a trip with my mother and Christal took her time finding the best itinerary to suit me. Christal explained everything and all my questions were answered.

I wanted to put in writing my appreciation for the effort and work given by your agent, Makai. After an extremely stressful few days dealing with the snow storm in USA, Makai saved the day. I found out this morning that my second flight had been canceled, and that the earliest rebooking airline could do was Feb 12th, landing on Feb 14th. I was to attend a wedding of a close cousin, and that would have caused me to miss the wedding, and keep my original return date of the 18th, which would have made the trip pointless. Makai managed to deal with the airline, get me a full refund on the far, and find me a flight leaving on the 11th that was cheaper than my original flight. He must have spent at least 2 - 2.5 hours working on my case. I'm extremely happy with Makai, and even in light of all the stress and hassle caused by the storm and rebooking. I'll be using CheapOair again because of the service he provided. He's a rock star, and you should keep in mind that he has the work ethic and attitude to be extremely successful.
