We are currently seeking a Vacation Packages Executive who plays an important role in booking of vacation packages. In this position you will be using a GDS system to assist customers with bookings. This position will also be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

• Handling inbound calls from clients pertaining to vacation packages (Flight+Hotel+Car+Activities Bookings).
• Handling & Resolving of Customer complaints.
• Coordinating and keeping a quality check on all these bookings to make sure everything is ok.

Currently we are in search of Manager Business Analyst who is holly responsible for overall Compiling & presenting the analysis reports to Sr. Management along with observations & recommendations. This position is also responsible for, but not limited to the following:

• Detailed in depth analysis of various MIS reports & data related to operations.
• Compiling & presenting the analysis reports to Sr. Management along with observations & recommendations.
• Help Sr. Management in decision making process.

We are currently looking for Customer Service Executive who will be responsible for making reservations for business executives and other travelers, and choosing transportation and lodging options for them. Our Travel Agents also keep travelers up to date on travel packages, regulations such as passport and visa requirements, and provide information regarding rates of exchange or import duties. This position is also responsible for, but not limited to the following:

• Handling Inbound Customer Service & Sales Calls from US Customers.
• Selling Air, Hotel, Car, Insurance and Vacation Packages to customers.
• Handling Post Booking queries like seat assignment / baggage inquiries / date change / cancellations.

We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and energetic Billing and Refunds Specialist. This person will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Auditing the refund requests received on daily basis through both GDS and Merchant Accounts.
• Reporting errors in refund requests to the appropriate manager and/or department.
