Refund Rules and Conditions:
Proof of a lower price must be found within 12 HOURS of original ticket purchase. Proof of lower fares MUST match the exact time, dates, route, class and airline to qualify for a credit. Proof must include URL, print of details page, emailed copy and FAX signature stating the supplied PROOF has NOT been tampered within any fashion.
IE : "I , _________________ have not tampered with the price, time, dates, route, class or airline information of this document in any fashion."
Only A class competitors qualify such as Expedia, etc. Competitors MUST be VERFIABLE consolidators. Competitor prices cannot be tied to sign up specials, radical price drops dues to unusual market conditions, frequent flyer miles, one time deals or member benefits.
Low Fare Guarantee excludes first class and business class fares.

The next round trip purchase must be made within 3 months from time of original ticket receipt. Maximum refund credit is $15.00 per ticket and will only be applied to actual ticket price excluding service fees and taxes.
