Heard Museum of Native Cultures and Art: Heard Museum is designed to educate the public about the heritage and the living cultures and arts of Natives of the Southwest. The Heard Museum is not a history museum. It is a living museum, featuring both artifacts and contemporary art. The main Phoenix location of the Heard Museum has been designated as a Phoenix Point of Pride.
Phoenix Art Museum: Phoenix Art Museum is the largest and primary institution of visual art in the Southwestern United States. Located in Phoenix, the museum's collections trace their origins back to 1912. You can view popular exhibits that feature artists, such as Rembrandt, Norman Rockwell and Annie Leibowitz.
Pueblo Grande Museum: Pueblo Grande Museum is located at a 1,500 year-old Hohokam village ruins in modern day Phoenix. For over 70 years the museum has been dedicated to the study and interpretation of the Hohokam culture. On the 102 acre park grounds, visitors explore the ruin of an 800 year-old platform mound, possibly used by the Hohokam for ceremonies or as an administrative center.

First Fridays Artwalk: Phoenix's biggest annual art walk, Art Detour is a two-day, self-guided tour of galleries, studios and businesses in various neighborhoods in and around downtown. It's a perfect opportunity for residents and visitors to see an array of local, national and international talent. The walk offers a tour of 70 galleries, venues and art-related spaces, offering glimpses of a wide variety of artwork encapsulating the spirit and culture of the city.
Phoenix Film Festival: The Phoenix Film Festival is a festival that celebrates feature films and their creators. The celebration takes place annually in the city of Phoenix. The festival began as a showcase for feature films made for less than $1 million and short films made for less than $50,000. However, it has quickly evolved into elite status within the filmmaking community.
