There are four ways you can check in for your British Airways flight; online at ba.com; on your internet enabled mobile phone; at an airport kiosk; or at a British Airways check-in desk.
Airport check-in: It is important that you check in for your flight and get to the gate on time. You must be in possession of a boarding pass by the time check-in closes, or you will not be accepted for the flight.
Online and mobile check- in closes one hour before your flight's scheduled departure.
Check yourself in at an airport kiosk
- Save time at the airport with check-in kiosks, which are quick and easy to use.
- Use the interactive touch screen to check in for your flight within minutes.
- Choose your own seat from those available using the interactive seating plan.
- Check in for your onward or return flight, if it's within 24 hours.
- Print your own boarding pass.
The Executive Club is British Airways' frequent flyer programme. It is designed to recognise and reward you - with the aim of making your travel even more enjoyable.
Earning BA Miles
- As an Executive Club member you will earn BA Miles on qualifying flights whenever you fly with BA or oneworld® alliance partners.
- The amount you earn depends on the distance you fly, the cabin you fly in, the type of ticket you hold and your Executive Club tier.
- You can also collect BA Miles with our worldwide network of hotel, car rental, financial and shopping partners even when you're not flying.
Spending BA Miles
You can spend your BA Miles for reward flights, bookings and cabin upgrades. BA Miles can also be spent with oneworld® alliance partners.

Arrivals Lounges: Arrivals Lounges are available at London Heathrow Terminal 5 and London Gatwick (situated in the Sofitel Arora Hotel) for:
