May-September is the best time to visit Berlin with the temperature varying in the 50-75 degrees Fahrenheit range. The temperature is just ideal for outdoor exploration which explains why this is the peak season. The downside of booking in this season is the high price that you have to pay for both the airfares and room prices. If you are traveling on a modest budget, then travel in the winter season when the temperature can drop below the freezing point. Booking in this season ensures great discounts on airfares!

Berlin Airports

Tegel International Airport and Schonefeld Airport are the two airports that serve the beautiful city of Berlin. While Tegel International Airport is served by both international and domestic airlines, Schonefeld Airport is considered the hub for all the low cost carriers. Some of the ground transportation choices offered at Tegel International Airport include private taxis, car rental service and hotel shuttles. Berlin Travelers Reviews

5 A city of many parts

All flights were on time. Taxi drivers in Berlin were very professional and made it their business to give a brief of the city encouraging me to visit some of the numerous attractions. The beer was good as well as the food. The underground was easy to use and made the trips to and from the conference centre for the ITB a good experience. It will be ideal to include the terminal numbers for the flights. -   Mar 11, 2014
