In Alanta I was suppose to get a flight to Macon and they didn't transfer my bags, had to take a shuttle to Macon after paying extra for that. The guy at the small plane told me they don't transfer bags onto that flight, but no one told me and so I paid roundtrip for a flight that I never took. That sucks. If someone had told me that I needed to gather my bags okay, no one did. I doubt I'll use this service again as it was close to $150.00 I paid for and didn't use. The guy told me it wasn't their fAult it was TransAir. None the less I went for a funeral and was all ready upset with the whole trip and to have this happen. | | |
